- Linux operating system.
- or
- Windows operating system with Cygwin environment. Install Cygwin.
Installation instruction:
- 1. unpack RNASurface.zip
- 2. cd RNASurface
- 3. make
Program for Z-score heatmap visualization
Java program is available
here.
To get plot with structural significance values and heatmap for region from [start=0] to [end=1200] run:
java -jar RNASurfaceUtil.jar /home/results1/ 0 1200
